Meet This Woman With 14 Daughters & She Wont Give Up Until A Boy Is Born

Augustina Higuera and hubby Jose have 14 daughters!!!

And if that wasn’t staggering enough, she beat odds of 500,000 to one to give birth to a third set of twins two months ago.
But the supermum is less thrilled that against all odds, all of her children are girls – and she has vowed to keep going until she has given husband Jose, 30, a son.

She said:

“We both really, really want a boy. We’d be over the moon, so we will keep trying.
“We’re besotted with the girls but Jose is outnumbered and it would be nice to even things out. I’m lucky that I enjoy being pregnant. I’ve never had any major problems, so it’s not a big stress for me.
“I’ve had so many girls I’m not sure what I’d do with a son. I just know I’d be blessed to have one. He and Jose would have an incredible bond. I hope I can give him that.
“I have no upper limit on how many children I’d have. I’d have another 10 if it meant having a boy.”

Celta Vigo 4 - 3 Barcelona: Celta Vigo Humbled Barcelona In A Seven Goal thriller

Gerard Pique's first-ever double for the Catalans was not enough to earn a point as the visitors paid dearly for their defensive errors.

Barcelona missed the chance to move top of La Liga as they fell to a damaging 4-3 loss away to Celta Vigo, with goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen enduring a match to forget.

Real Madrid's home draw against Eibar earlier on Sunday had opened the door for the champions to take first place, but they instead endured a miserable evening at Balaidos in a thrilling encounter.
Celta have beaten Barca in each of the last two seasons – including a 4-1 home victory last season – and raced into a three-goal half-time lead.

Pione Sisto opened the scoring following a mistake from Ter Stegen, before two goals in the space of 86 seconds – an Iago Aspas strike and an own goal from Jeremy Mathieu – rocked the visitors.

Luis Enrique's side launched a comeback after the break, with Gerard Pique's header and a Neymar penalty setting up a grandstand finish, but Ter Stegen blundered again for Pablo Hernandez's match-clinching header.

Pique did net another header in the final moments, but the hosts held on and Eduardo Berizzo now has three LaLiga victories over his Celta predecessor Luis Enrique – a man no other manager in Spain's top-flight has beaten more than once.

And Barca have now lost two of their first seven games to sit fourth in the early season table, two points behind leaders Atletico Madrid and Real.

Barca had the first chance of note when Luis Suarez drilled a low effort straight at Sergio Alvarez, but it was the home team who opened the scoring in the 22nd minute.
Ter Stegen's loose pass to Sergio Busquets led to Aspas' precise throughball finding Sisto –who also scored last week against Espanyol – and he calmly took one touch before converting with a low finish.

After 31 minutes, it was two. A long clearance from Hugo Mallo was not dealt with by Barca's defence and Pique inexplicably gave Aspas all the time he needed to dribble to the edge of the area and drill a left-footed effort into the far corner.

Enugu Rangers are NPFL champions

Fuelled by an ear-piercing noise at ‘the Cathedral’, coach Imama Akpakabo’s men put up an imposing performance to emerge as Nigeria topflight kings.

Chisom Egbuchulam will be the toast of Enugu Rangers, as his brace silenced El-Kanemi Warriors 3-0 and hand Enugu Rangers their first Nigeria Professional Football League title in 32 years.

Imama Amapakabo’s men could have emerged champions after defeating Ikorodu United in Abeokuta, but they had to wait till the last game after Rivers United played a 0-0 draw versus Abia Warriors in Port Harcourt.

Sunday's encounter was an ill-tempered one as Ifeanyi Egwin suffered a career-threatening injury after he was fouled by El Kanemi Warriors’ goalkeeper Kazeem Yekeen.
The hosts began the rout in the second minute courtesy Egbuchulam with Osas Okoro doubling the lead three minutes from half time break.

With the clock showing 44 minutes, the Nnamdi Azikwe faithful turned their attention away from the pitch as they continued cheering in deafening ‘voices’.
The Enugu Rangers players remained focused, however, and they got their third goal after 64 minutes – as the visitors’ backline was completely depleted.

The game ended with disgusting scenes after Yekeen rashly fouled Egwin in the penalty area – with Egbuchulam having the chance to complete his treble after the goalkeeper was given the marching order by referee Ferdinand Udoh.

With this resounding victory, the Flying Antelopes thus ended their search tortuous search for the Nigeria topflight diadem and they will represent Nigeria in the Caf Champions League next season.

Burnley 0-1 Arsenal: Gunners leave it late on Wenger anniversary

Arsenal grabbed an injury-time winner to nick a 1-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on a weekend manager Arsene Wenger celebrated 20 years in charge of the Gunners.

Chances were few and far between for both sides in a tightly-contested game with Alexis Sanchez having one of the best chances of the game, smashing just wide on the half-volley on 72 minutes, yet minutes later Michael Keane was denied an opener by the woodwork.

The Gunners laid siege to the Burnley box in the closing minutes and it paid off in the 92nd minute, Oxlade-Chamberlain prodding home via a deflection off Laurent Koscielny's arm for a last-gasp winner.

Manchester United 1-1 Stoke City: Joe Allen Stunned Old Trafford

The Welshman scored with just eight minutes to play to pile further misery on Jose Mourinho's side following Anthony Martial's opener
A rare error from Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea allowed Stoke City to snatch a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford in the Premier League on Sunday.

Wales international midfielder Joe Allen, who was earlier on the receiving end of a dreadful high tackle from Ander Herrera, was the beneficiary from De Gea's blunder eight minutes from time.
Stoke edge up to second bottom ahead of Sunderland with their share of the spoils, for which they are largely indebted to their own keeper Lee Grant.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Jesse Lingard were improbably denied by Grant during a first half when United played with far greater fluency than in Thursday's laboured 1-0 Europa League win over Zorya. Captain Wayne Rooney was a second-half substitute once more.

France international Paul Pogba was guilty of missed chances in a game where Jose Mourinho's side were regularly in the ascendancy and he was unable to add to compatriot Anthony Martial's 67th minute opener in the final minute when he thudded a Marcus Rashford cross against the bar.

Mourinho's Man Utd WORSE than Van Gaal's

A stuttering start to the season has seen the Portuguese's men pick up three points less than his Dutch predecessor's after seven games.

Manchester United's 1-1 draw with Stoke City on Sunday means they have collected only 13 points from their first seven Premier League games – three less than Louis van Gaal's side last season.
Only themselves to blame – Misfiring Manchester United punished in tale of two keepers
Consecutive losses to first Manchester City and then Watford in September had seen them fall off the pace, though Jose Mourinho's men responded in style by trashing Leciester City 4-1.
However, it appears the Portuguese has not come up with an answer to their see-saw form just yet, as Stoke fought back to secure a 1-1 result at Old Trafford, with Joe Allen cancelling out Anthony Martial's stunning opener.

United's current points tally places them three behind the much-maligned Van Gaal side last term – a disappointing return given the world-record arrival of Paul Pogba in the summer.

“No Room For PDP Members In My Cabinet” – Obaseki

Godwin Obaseki, governor-elect of Edo state, says he will not appoint any member of the opposition party into his government.

Speaking with reporters in Benin, capital of the state, on Saturday, Obaseki said it is obvious that he has to hit the ground running.

He explained that since the legislative chamber would be going on recess a month after he takes over the leadership of the state, his first assignment would be the presentation of budget to the house of assembly.

“I will not be able to accept anybody from the opposition as a commissioner in my cabinet,” he said.

“My first assignment is to put together a team and get appropriation for next year because we have to hit the ground running.”
He said his administration would continue with the policy of the outgoing government, and would create jobs and empower youths.

“The focus will not change in terms of infrastructure and education. The added focus will be on job creation and empowerment,” he said.
“We will continue to build roads and refurbish schools. What is important is how to get people to work.”
Acusing the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of rigging the election for the All Progressives Congress (APC), the PDP rejected the result of the poll and called for a fresh exercise.

Arsene Wenger Reveals Why Arsenal Might Win PL Title This Season

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has opened up on what he thinks might swing the title in his side’s favour this season.

Having failed to lift the Premier League title in the last decade, Arsenal are already looking good early on in the season winning consecutive matches. Gunners boss, Arsene Wenger who is obviously still in the mood of celebrating his twentieth year at the club has now declared that the North London side may nick the title this season due to their consistency.

When asked if Arsenal can win the Premier League title this season, Wenger told Sky Sports: ‘I believe so, yes.
‘I believe we are more mature, we are better-equipped.
‘We have a squad that’s not any more made of kids, it’s a squad made of mature players who have experience.

‘It’s down, certainly, to how consistent we will be. And that is down to producing the performances every three days now.’
Arsenal have often been criticised for fading out when the games begin to come in thicker in the season. Wenger can only hope his side continue in typical fashion as the games gets tougher.

I Warned About Recession When Jonathan Govt Spent ‘Recklessly’ – Obasanjo

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo says he foresaw and warned about Nigeria’s current recession two years ago, but said he was ignored.

Mr. Obasanjo said he was concerned about recession when he saw how “recklessly” the Goodluck Jonathan administration spent the country’s resources.
The former president spoke on Saturday in an Independence Day message at a lecture organised by the Youth Fellowship of Owu Baptist Church, Abeokuta.

“Whoever that has lived to witness the celebration of today should thank God,” he said. “Things are not what they should be, but we should pray that next year will be better than this year. We thank God for those who are alive, we prayed for the souls of those who have laboured for these country and who have passed on to rest in perfect peace.”

Mr. Obasanjo said one of the major issues threatening the peace of Nigeria now is the high level of unemployment.
“Unemployment is a major problem in the country today and if we don’t take care, it will consume all of us. In fact, the rising unemployment is a time bomb,” he said.

The former president recalled how he got five job offers immediately he completed his secondary school education at Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta.
He said he received offers from the United Africa Company (UAC) and Moore Plantation, Ibadan, among others. He said the situation is different today in the country.

Mr. Obasanjo said the businessman, Aliko Dangote, told him that six Ph.D. holders were among applicants seeking jobs with his company as truck drivers.

Mr. Obasanjo said the high rate of unemployment was responsible for youth restiveness in the country, warning that the situation should be tackled with all the “seriousness” it deserves before it get out of hand.

The former president said the country cannot develop if it pays no attention to agriculture.
“That is why we have to take it as a key of our development else the many educated Nigerians who have no job are like time bomb, sooner than later, it will explode,” he said.
