For Ladies: 6 Ways To Orgasm WITHOUT Having Sex

Our general understanding of orgasm is that it mostly comes during the course of having sex.

Well, new findings have revealed that you can still get the 'big O' without engaging in sexual intercourse.

Sounds strange? Well, YourTango sex experts have compiled six instances where you can actually have orgasms without having intercourse.

1. Coregasm:

More women (and even a few men) are having 'spontaneous' orgasms at the gym, says Astroglide's Resident Sexologist
Dr. Jess. It's possible that these surprising waves of pleasure are connected with contraction and release of pelvic floor muscles, but we still have lots to learn. Experienced coregasm-ers say that cycling/spinning, abdominal exercises and climbing poles or ropes can bring them to climax and offer an extra incentive to hit the gym.

2. Brain-gasms:

"These are relatively rare, but I've met two women who learned to think themselves off," says Dr. Jess. One combined fantasy with pelvic floor contractions and the other explained that she could use fantasy to reach orgasm with no physical stimulation whatsoever. Researchers are beginning to study this experience in the lab (using MRI technology), but it is unlikely that most women can themselves how to have a brain-gasm.

3. Sleep-gasms:

"These are among my favourite type of orgasm, as they require no emotional or physical effort whatsoever!" says Dr. Jess. You cannot control your 'nocturnal emissions', but you may find that you are more likely to enjoy sex dreams that lead to orgasm when you fantasize before falling asleep.

4. Sneezegasms:

Orgasm is the reflexive release of muscle tension. A sneeze is a micro-expression and is very similar. It is best to focus on similarities between the sensations you experience after a sneeze and the way you feel after orgasm, says sex expert,
Patricia Johnson . However, it may take some practice.

5. Kegelgasms:

"People often think of working the pubococcygeal muscles as nothing more than an exercise for strengthening the pelvic floor, but doing Kegels in a rhythm that mirrors your typical orgasm can be an excellent way to trigger one," says Johnson. When you are first learning to generate the response, it may be helpful to self-pleasure at the same time. With practice, you're likely to start experiencing intense pleasure hands-free.

6. Thoughtgasms:

Some people have the capacity to induce orgasm by thinking themselves off, but even in those who do not have this ability, thinking about orgasm activates some of the same brain regions as actually having one, says sex expert, Mark Michaels . This highlights what is possible if you can make a concerted effort to create or reinforce pleasurable associations and more specifically erotic or orgasmic ones.

My Smartphone Battery Draining Too Fast, See 8 Sure Ways To Improve it.

In this 21st Century Smartphones have come a long way in terms of design, camera, or even processing power. However, we have not seen much breakthroughs when it comes to battery technology.

That said, here we have listed out some lesser known tricks that will help you get the most out of your smartphone battery:

1. Don't use you phone while Charging

Many of us are too fond of this, I know how important you might need your smartphone at that period when you are charging it, but you have to understand the fact that charging and using the smartphone weaken the battery life of about 0.8% each and everytime u make us of it in such way.

2. Don’t miss on Android updates

Updating apps might seem to be a cumbersome task, but it actually helps in improving the overall smartphone performance and battery life. This is because developers keep updating apps to improve on battery and memory optimisation. So make sure your smartphone has the latest version of apps installed.

3. Turn on airplane mode

This is not an everyday solution, but can help you cut battery usage. Turning on airplane mode will cut you from the outside world, but will allow your smart phone to last longer for multimedia apps such as videos, music player or games that don’t need any connectivity.

It can do wonders if you are travelling in a poor network zone where your smartphone antennas consume a lot of power to register on the available networks. Simply turn on the airplane mode if you don’t want to receive any calls, messages or use the internet.

4. Turn off vibration and haptic feedback

We like the mild vibrations while typing on the smartphone keyboard. But they absorb a good amount of battery because we spend a lot of time on typing throughout the day.
Besides, if you don’t need to get notified by vibration, then turn the `haptic feedback’ off as it actually takes more battery power to vibrate your phone than it does to ring it.

5. Go for Black coloured wallpapers

If your smartphone boasts an AMOLED display, then applying black coloured wallpapers will help you save battery life. This is because pixels that make the AMOLED displays only utilize battery power to illuminate light colours and don’t need any energy to show black colour. Simply put, the more dark or black pixels you have on your AMOLED display, the less power it consumes to illuminate them, thus saving the battery.

6. Check GPS, Bluetooth, NFC

Also, don’t forget to check on Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, NFC and mobile data if you are not using them. Switch off the Wi-Fi if you are connected on mobile data and vice versa. The NFC feature may get turned on if you restart your NFC-enabled handset, so keep a check on this too.

7. Remove on-screen widgets

Android operating system is all about widgets that offer tons of information on your smartphone displays. It is a good thing to have everything on screen; however, it plays havoc on your smartphone battery. Delete the widgets that are placed to offer information not required throughout the day and still fetch data from internet such as weather apps etc.

8. Turn off auto-sync

Apps such as Gmail, Twitter, calendar, constantly refresh themselves to offer the latest information. This is required if you just cannot afford to miss important information, but also takes a toll on battery life.

Go to Settings > Google account and turn off auto-sync for apps you don’t need constantly updated.

We Lost Hope Returning Back Home – Chibok Girls Tell Buhari

One of the 21 freed Chibok girls on Wednesday told President Muhammadu Buhari that while in Boko Haram captivity, they never believed that they could regain freedom.

Tolu Ogunlesi, head of digital communications for the presidency, made this known in a tweet shortly after the girls met with President Buhari.

According to Ogunlesi, the girls who had spent two and half years as captives of Boko Haram were full of joy when received by the president.

During the meeting which held at the presidential villa, Ogunlesi said the girls sang the Nigerian anthem louder than everyone present.

“We didn’t know we would come back to be a part of Nigeria, but the grace of God made it possible”, one of the girls was quoted to have said.

“We don’t have anything to say again, only thank you”, said another girl.

Following the meeting, Buhari promised the 21 girls that they would enjoy the best of life, having survived the worst.

Uefa Champions League: Barca thrash City, Arsenal humiliate ludogorets, As Bayern Humbled PSV

Lionel Messi scored a hat trick as Barcelona thrashed Manchester City 4-0 at the Camp Nou on Wednesday.

Messi opened the scoring in the 17th minute with a cool finish past former Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, who was sent off for handling outside his penalty area after half-time.

Ilkay Gundogan forced a fine close-range save from Marc-Andre ter Stegen on 38 minutes and John Stones' header flashed wide in the 45th, but City were two down when Messi cut inside to beat substitute keeper Willy Caballero at the near post.

Messi grabbed his hat trick eight minutes later but Barca were also down to 10 men when Jeremy Mathieu was sent off for a second yellow card and Neymar -- who had earlier missed a penalty -- completed the scoring.

In-form Arsenal produced a dominant display illuminated by a Mesut Ozil hat trick as they breezed past Ludogorets 6-0 at the Emirates.

The Gunners made the breakthrough in style after 12 minutes when Alexis Sanchez cut in from the left and beat goalkeeper Vladislav Stoyanov with a delicate chip, and Theo Walcott fired home a brilliant second after 42 minutes.

Less than a minute into the second half it was 3-0 to the North Londoners as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain seized on a loose ball inside the Ludogorets area and slammed home an emphatic finish.
And as Ludogorets crumbled, Ozil took over to complete the easiest of victories.

Bayern Munich scored two early goals as they eased to a 4-1 victory over PSV Eindhoven at the Allianz Arena.

The Bundesliga champions were rewarded for an attacking start when Thomas Muller smashed home at the second attempt after an Arjen Robben corner fell to him on 13 minutes.

Within seven minutes Bayern had doubled their advantage, David Alaba's deflected cross falling perfectly for Joshua Kimmich to head home from close range, but the Dutch champions pulled a goal back in stunning style four minutes before the break as Luciano Narsingh raced on to a Gaston Pereiro pass and lashed in an effort from distance that Manuel Neuer was unable to keep out.

After the break, Bayern restored their two-goal cushion when Arjen Robben's shot was saved but the ball bounced to Robert Lewandowski, who headed home from close range, and Robben headed home the fourth at the end of a slick passing move.

Napoli were stunned as Besiktas snatched a 3-2 win at the Stadio Olimpico.

After early pressure from the home side, Besiktas went ahead when a poor clearance enabled Ricardo Quaresma to fire in a low cross for Adriano to score from close range.
But the Serie A team were level after half an hour as Dries Mertens finished a fine move involving Marek Hamsik and Jose Callejon -- but within moments a terrible backpass allowed Vincent Aboubakar to run on and fire in off Pepe Reina to restore the visitors' lead.

Napoli missed a golden chance to equalise from the spot when Insigne had a penalty saved soon after half-time -- but when Napoli were awarded another after 69 minutes, substitute Manolo Gabbiadini made no mistake.

Gabbiadini thought he had found a winner when he fired home an overhead kick from close range, but the offside flag denied him -- and Besiktas snatched it when Aboubakar headed home Quaresma's free-kick close to full-time.

Paris Saint-Germain bounced back from a sluggish start to win 3-0 against Basel at the Parc des Princes.

The French champions twice came within a whisker of conceding the opening goal as first Michael Lang and then Seydou Doumbia hit the woodwork, with Doumbia also blazing a good chance over the top from close range.

They made their visitors pay for not taking those chances when Angel Di Maria lashed home after Edinson Cavani had laid the ball off to him.
Lucas Moura put the French champions into a comfortable lead when he seized on a poor clearance inside the area to slide home a low finish for the second, and Edinson Cavani rounded off a comfortable night from the penalty spot.

Atletico Madrid saw their perseverance pay off in a 1-0 victory away to Russian side Rostov.

Atleti made an early statement of intent as early as the second minute, with Rostov goalkeeper Dzhanaev parried a free-kick from Yannick Carrasco out to Angel Correa, whose effort from an angle flashed beyond the keeper but also past the far post.
Carrasco soon forced Dzhanaev to make another stop, but Atletico were becoming frustrated by their inability to break through and Sardar Azmoun tried his luck with a couple of speculative efforts for the Russian side.
But Atletico got the reward their dominance had deserved after 62 minutes when Carrasco smashed home a half-volley after Juanfran's cross.

Celtic defender Kolo Toure suffered an evening to forget as Borussia Monchengladbach won 2-0 in Glasgow.
A high-octane start from the home side brought Gladbach goalkeeper Yann Sommer racing out of his area to clear a through ball as Moussa Dembele ran through. But Celtic counterpart Craig Gordon was soon into the action himself, stopping two Ibrahima Traore efforts and denying Jonas Hofmann.

Scott Sinclair could have given them the lead against the run of play when he fired over close to half-time, but Gladbah made a deserved breakthrough after half-time as Toure was caught out by Andre Hahn as he tried to usher the ball behind for a goal-kick and Lars Stindl lashed a low, angled shot through Craig Gordon at the near post.

And Toure's terrible pass enabled Hahn to race clear and prod a finish into the top corner under pressure from the defender.
Dynamo Kiev were left to rue a slow start as they lost 2-0 to Benfica at the NSK Olimpiyskyi

The visitors carried all the threat in the opening stages and were in front after only nine minutes when Eduardo Salvio scored from the spot after Vitorino Antunes had brought down Goncalo Guedes inside the area.

And the Portuguese side doubled their lead soon after the break when Franco Cervi slotted home at the second attempt after his first effort had ricocheted back to him off a teammate.

See 4 Dangers Of Drinking Cold Water

Hey everyone!

Lets take a look at the harmful or negative effects of Cold water or too much cold water in our system. We all as individuals love cold stuffs especially after a sunny hectic day, we need some cold drinks or water to refresh and cool our body.

This includes even me that’s writing this to you all lol; But we need to know this and how to minimize the rate at which we take in cold drinks regularly..

According to Natural Law, our normal body temperature is about 98.6 degrees F. If we raise that temperature a few degrees, the body starts to show signs of distress, and we say we have a fever.

We try hard to return to homeostasis or normal functioning. Experts have said drinking cold water regularly could have negative impact on the heart and the digestive system. Food and healthy living expert say that cold water is at a temperature that contradicts the overall temperature within the body system.

Even though cold drinks or water has many health benefits, drinking ice water or cold water can only give temporary relief and drinking ice water regularly has its downside.

Here are some reasons why you shouldn’t drink ice or cold water:

1. Shortage Of nutrients:

The body’s temperature is 37o C and when you drink something at a very low temperature, your body has to spend energy to regulate its temperature. This spent energy is otherwise used to digest food and absorb nutrients, thereby leaving your body short of nutrition.

2. Decreases your heart rate:

Drinking ice water or cold water decreases your heart rate. Studies have shown that drinking ice water stimulates the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is the 10th cranial nerve and is an important part of the body’s autonomous nervous system that controls involuntary actions of the body.

The vagus nerve mediates the lowering of the heart rate and the low temperatures of ice cold water act as a stimulus to the nerve which causes the heart rate to drop.

In conclusion, take water at a normal temperature, the brain is sensitive to temperature change which is why it freezes when one drinks cold water at first, adding that such continuous seizure is not good for it, more so That is why we advise people not to take drugs with cold water.

The drugs will not digest on time; it means you won’t get the best of the drugs because the water did not dissolve on time. Thank You for reading, Kindly drop your thoughts below

3. Slows Down Digestion:

Drinking ice water or cold water hampers the process of digesting food as it causes your blood vessels to shrink. This can slow down the process of digestion and as the food is not digested properly, the nutrients are lost or not absorbed by the body.

4. May Lead To sore throat:

Drinking cold water can cause the buildup of respiratory mucosa, which is a protective layer of the respiratory tract. When this layer gets congested, the respiratory tract is exposed and becomes vulnerable to various infections and hence the chances of your throat turning sore are high.

How I Took My Mind Off My Failed Marriage – Tiwa Savage

Mavin record and Roc Nation artiste, Tiwa Savage in a recent interview with premium times spoke on her career and controversies surrounding her failed marriage.

Read excerpts below:

How have you handled all the controversies that trailed your marriage in April?

It’s been the grace of God and I think I have been able to pull through by simply immersing myself in my work.

And the bad press and ‘nasty’ things written about you?

Generally speaking all that has been written about me doesn’t really affect me anymore. When I got into the industry initially, it was very difficult for anybody to realise this. But now, I have come to the realisation that the hard work you put in and the positive things that you do as an artiste always outweighs the negative. Whether you’re in the media, a banker or a nurse, you’re going to have people talk about you. Not everyone loves Jesus Christ so who am I to talk about people saying things about me? You can’t make everyone happy. I don’t try to waste time on people that don’t love me, so I just spend time with people that love me so I don’t disappoint them.

How do you handle embarrassing moments?

I don’t really think that I have had embarrassing moments like that. But I did have one recently while performing on the stage; where my cloth ripped off. I grew up around boys and my brothers teased me a lot. So, I am used to people making fun of me. I don’t take life too seriously and also, Mavin Records comprises of men; Di’ja and I are the only females. My male colleagues are all fun to be around. So when something embarrassing happens, I just take it laugh off and never take it to heart.

What is next for Tiwa Savage?

Clash Of The (TITANS) - Liverpool Vs Manchester United Line-ups And Team News

Both teams make two changes with Marouane Fellaini and Ashley Young coming in for the visitors and Emre Can and Daniel Sturridge replacing Georginio Wijnaldum and Adam Lallana

Anthony Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are not in Manchester United's squad to face Liverpool, while Wayne Rooney is on the bench again.

Marcus Rashford and Ashley Young start on the flanks, either side of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, with Marouane Fellaini anchoring Paul Pogba and Ander Herrera in midfield.

Daley Blind is preferred to Luke Shaw at left-back as Jose Mourinho makes two changes to his side.
For Liverpool, Adam Lallana has shaken off a groin problem to make the bench for Liverpool, but Georginio Wijnaldum sits out with a hamstring strain.

That means a first start of the season for Emre Can, while Philippe Coutinho will operate in a more central role with Roberto Firmino on the left and Daniel Sturridge, making his 100th appearance for the club, up front.

Dejan Lovren and Nathaniel Clyne are both in the starting XI after using the international break to overcome their respective niggles and Loris Karius keeps his place in goal.

Scholes backing Liverpool to beat Manchester United

Former Red Devils midfielder feels his old club are lacking an identity under their manager, who he says wasn't ruthless during the summer transfer window
Paul Scholes feels Liverpool are favourites to beat Manchester United in the Premier League and claims Jose Mourinho has not been ruthless enough early in his Old Trafford tenure.

Liverpool better than envious Man Utd

The two fierce rivals clash at Anfield on Monday, with seventh-placed United three points and three places back from Liverpool after an inconsistent start to their campaign under the Portuguese.

The Reds meanwhile have impressed so far in what is Jurgen Klopp's first full season in charge, prompting United great Scholes to grudgingly endorse the Red Devils' arch-rivals.
"If you were betting, you would be betting on Liverpool," he told BBC Sport.

Liverpool & Man Utd combined XI

United have spent big to re-sign Paul Pogba from Juventus, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic also arriving at Old Trafford.

But Scholes believes Mourinho is still searching for his preferred starting line-up.
"He was not ruthless enough in the off season," the former England international said.

"There is so much confusion about who should play.

Klopp: Mourinho past it? It’s bull****!

"What I saw of Mourinho at Chelsea, he had 13 or 14 players who played every week. He never rested players, even in the League Cup or whatever competition he was in.
"With United it is still a settling-in period - it is going to take a bit of time for them to knit together and see what they are about.
"Is there an identity to the team yet? I don't think there is."

"You can see Jurgen Klopp has stamped his way of playing football on the team," he said.

"There is a definite way about them. You know how they are going to play. They are going to be quick, they are going to try to take the ball off you and try to score goals by flooding the box.

"I was worried about them defensively - but they have already played some of the big teams and they are a real threat.
"The form they are in, they look as good as any team in the league."
